Before you sell your property, a pre-sale inspection will assist you:

  • Identify any issues which may cause a buyer concern, a pre-sale inspection allows you to rectify noted issues before prospective buyers carry out their own pre-purchase inspections or other e.g. building and pest or asbestos reports that may be arranged for your property
  • Mitigate the risk of last minute negotiations by a prospective buyer who’s uncovered issues you’ve not had a change to rectify
  • Our inspections are independent & buyers trust them this fact can save you time trying to arrange companies to come in and inspect your property during the pre-auction or pre-sale period
  • Increase the chances of your property selling at auction as prospective property buyers are more informed and won’t hesitate to proceed in bidding
  • Discounted prices on subsequent copies of our report for potential property purchasers (for example, if it is transferred into name of buyer)
